Group Events - min 6, max 12 persons
£60.00 pp including 12 weeks free temporary membership,
£50.00 pp for youth groups such as schools, scouts etc.

Group events are intended for when someone (member or non-member) wants to bring
along a group of people (e.g. work colleagues, relatives etc) to experience gliding.
The group lead contacts Pete, agrees a date, manages the process with the group, and
the group comes along to fly.
The lead organiser is responsible for collecting the money and paying it to the club before
flying takes place.

Sessions are generally available:
o
on Tuesdays and Thursdays from around 5pm until sunset,
o
from the first Tuesday or Thursday in May (whichever is the earliest)
o
to the last Tuesday or Thursday in August (whichever is the latest)
o
Sunset is too early to run effective events outside of these dates.

On an exceptional basis, the club may occasionally be able to offer day sessions on non-
club flying days (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays).
